Every printing method a wedding can use

Weddings are not one-print events. A tote wants a different process than a trucker hat, and a keepsake token wants a laser, not ink. Here is the whole menu, and when each earns its place.

Live DTF heat pressing — the workhorse

Direct-to-film transfers print in full color with soft hand-feel and real wash durability, and they press in about 60 seconds. This is what powers welcome-party tote stations and after-party shirt bars: your approved designs are printed as transfers ahead of time, then matched to each guest’s pick and pressed on the spot. One press keeps pace with 60–80 guests an hour; big guest lists get a second press, not a slower line.

Tote & textile pressing

Natural canvas totes are the backbone of welcome bags, and flat canvas presses beautifully. We also press getting-ready tees, pajama sets for the morning of, koozie-style wraps, and bandanas for dogs with ring-bearer duties. Quantities from 24 pieces for a wedding party to 400 for a full guest list.

Hat bar with pressed patches

Guests choose a Richardson 112 or Flexfit crown, pick a patch — leatherette monograms, chenille initials, woven crests — and watch it press on. A hat bar fits a cocktail hour perfectly because it works standing up with a drink in hand. Patches are produced ahead from your art, so event night is pure assembly.

Embroidery

Monogrammed robes for the getting-ready suite, embroidered sweatshirts for the families, thread-finished totes for the wedding party. Embroidery is a pre-production service — stitched in our shop, delivered before the weekend — because good digitizing and thread work should not be rushed table-side.

Laser engraving & UV stickers

Engraved tokens, tags, and small metal or wood keepsakes carry a date-and-initials treatment that ink cannot match. UV-printed stickers turn your crest into favors, welcome-bag seals, and cup decals. Both run as favor-table stations or as pre-made batches.

Screen printing, when it fits

For a single bold one-color or two-color design at volume — say 300 identical after-party tees — classic screen printing is fast and satisfying to watch. We bring it when the design brief calls for it; for multi-design menus and full color, DTF wins.

Pre-wedding production & staffing

Everything above can also be produced quietly ahead of the weekend in our Orange County shop and delivered to your hotel, planner, or venue. Live stations arrive fully staffed: crew time bills at $250 per hour and includes load-in, operation, and teardown. Read the numbers on the pricing page, or see the pieces in the gallery.

Not sure which method your pieces want? Send the idea — we will map it to the right press.
